Guest xaueious Posted July 31, 2010 Report Posted July 31, 2010 (edited) You could probably do it off the SD card, but it would be slow and dumb. Edited July 31, 2010 by xaueious

Guest ricesml Posted August 4, 2010 Report Posted August 4, 2010 anyone know how to place 2.2 to sdcard? thanks
Guest xian1243 Posted August 4, 2010 Report Posted August 4, 2010 (edited) There is no way to dualboot, only Nandroid Backup and Restore. Why don't you just flash a ROM and stick with it? Why have two? The Froyo (2.2) ROM is fully functional, just as functional as LCR, I don't see why you couldn't use it for everyday use. I do. Edited August 4, 2010 by xian1243

Because the camera cannot use in 2.2, so this is the reason i'm still using LCR1.8, i just want to use 2.2 's FLASH function to watch some video when i'm boring, i saw some comment on other forum that can using sdcard to boot but it will be a bit slower, so i just want to find out the possible answer in here. thanks for answering

I do. @Xian : If I flash Froyo91.zip and then update with Froyo91-restore2.zip. Are you sure everything works fine, I mean, no wifi problem, no screen flickering, etc?? Is it just Camera that does not work? I'm on LCR 1.8, overclocked at 998mhz, really working fine, without any issues, but I would really like to go to Froyo and enjoy more speed , along with flash support. What do you suggest me? Thanks for your help.
