Anyone get any ideas?

Hello people. I've had my HTC Legend since may this year with Vodafone on contract. I've been having problems with the handset, phone restarting itself, losing wifi connection, losing( call ) signal and calls disconnecting. These( call ) problems have happened when I'm at home, across different networks( vodafone and others ) even to land lines and when I'm out and about. The wifi problem even when I'm almost sitting on top of the router when there's only me using the wifi connection and when I'm in another room. The handset restarts it self once a day if I'm in mid task or if I'm in the main menu about to do stuff. I've also noticed the other day that the unlock pattern was displyed off centre and up to the right corner but that went ok. I sent the handset off to be repaired Thursday 29 July and I got it back this morning with a note saying that the latest software had been installed and any other problems fixed that I may have reported. Just walking home down the street my handset lost the network. . . . the handset also restarted itself. . . . . also lost the wifi connection earlier today. I live in a populated area of Birmingham where the signal is generally good.

If anyone has got any advice, suggestions or anything that may shed some light on this silly situation I would be delighted to have your input. I'm at the point where I feel that the HTC and Android os is totally crap, over rated and full of problems! Why the hell can't a mobile or os be reliable. I remember my old trusty Nokia handset with grey screen and no camera or internet was dependable. What has gone wrong with all these phones? Sorry I've gone off on one!

So no one knows anything about the handset or the platform? But I thought there were experts around? No experts then just wanna beeeeeeees! ? This includes vodafone. Waste of time and money. . . . shite-a-fone!
