FLB Update, Apps2sd and SMS

hey guys.

i have my pulse for 2 weeks now and would like to update to the newest version of FLB.

is it possible to keep all the app-data?

i had trouble to use apps2sd. how can i enable it?

i also cant recieve any SMS. im getting a warning that the SMS-cache is full.

im using FLB 1.0 right now.
