Guest Noonski Posted August 3, 2010 Report Share Posted August 3, 2010 (edited) Just flashed this after removing most of the HTC Sense stuff and what not's. Didn't need a whipe, but got an error and FC on Gmail. After deleting Data in application manager Gmail was working again. Added back in my own Bootsound and screen and all looks well. You have also odexed Resources, so does this mean I won't be able to add in custom battery? (just read a few posts above it should work) And what's clicker.apk for ? A Lot of free space though and YouTube working fine. And.... Thanks for getting this online, this helps me out a lot. Any suggestions? What have I done wrong, I just don't get it. The apps are all on the phone, option to move to sd card but greyed out but I was under the impression I would be able to choose to install to sd card automatically. Help? Any got a quick question about this ROM, I'm assuming that this ROM does not have any sort of custom kernel and so when using this ROM you will be unable to use SetCPU fully, only with Perflock Disabler? Guest The_IMF Posted August 5, 2010 Report Share Posted August 5, 2010 Myself and another mate of mine noticed with this rom that the browser scrolling is really jerky, something I haven't seen on other 2.2 based roms. Anyways I decided to install the battery circle mod and to my surprise it fixed the jerky browser scrolling. Guessing something is wrong with the framework.apk shipped or the odex file is bad/slow. Using the decompiled and patched framework.apk seems to have made browser scrolling 60fps smooth. Which circle mod did you use? There's about 4 floating about! I love this ROM! r6 gave me only 30mb free with all my apps and then when I was using the browser; the memory would drop to 0 and crash everything... This one gives me 70mb free and the browser doesn't seem to increase to 30mb while using it... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
