i am an omnia2 user. pls somebody tell me what is this

.NET compact framework? what does it do? where do u install it? phone or PC?

where can i get the latest version?

also what is manila please?

Basically it is an application tool that developers use to create applications etc, it is free to download from Microsoft and installing it to your device will enable you to install and run applications written using it.

Manila is basically the user interface that HTC has developed for their devices, your Omnia uses Samsung's Touchwiz interface.
