Newbie-question: which Rom is the right one to update my rooted desire?

Hi!

Hope to be right here, I am an absolute newbie and no native English-speaker, sorry for mistakes...

I rooted my HTC desire some weeks ago, after reading the posts here. My first intention was to save apps on sd.

Now my Desire shows:

Modell: Nexus One

Android-Version: 2.2

Kernel: 2.6.32.9-27244-gc68f703-dirtypaul@Paul-OBriens-iMac #3

Build: MoDaCo Custom Rom r17 for the HTC desire (FRF50)

My Baseband-Version is (since today) 32.43.00.32U.5.09.00.20.

Today I tried another Rom, but when I used Titanium-Backup to restore my apps, my Desire crashed on and on. So I think, I did not use the right ROM. Via Nandroid&Titanium I restored my Desire easily, but now I want to know:

1.) I search the new/updated ROM, which lets me easily restore all my apps and settings with Titanium. Which one is the right here to follow for me?

2.) Is there a possibility to use the FM-Radio with one of the roms?
