I seem to have lost an option on 2.1

I've installed the Villain 12 ROM but seem to have lost an option that was available in 1.5 and even the stock HTC 2.1. There was an option to not lock the screen if the phone was being charged. It would go dim after 2 minutes but a simple flick of the trackball allowed it to come back to full brightness. Is it still there somewhere?

Settings → Applications → Development → Stay Awake (Screen will never sleep while charging)
