how to remove all personal data but keep apps

I am selling my phone to my friend, I wanna remove all my data but keep all my apps. How can I do that.

I think all you need to do is back up all your apps with something like Titanium Backup, but only your apps, not your data, then reflashing the Stock ROM to your Liquid. Once that's done, you'll have to root your newly flashed Liquid, then install Titanium Backup or any other program you used to back up your apps, and then restore all your backed up apps.

another thing to do is to go to Settings->Application->Manage Application... then choose the app you want.. then click clear data/defaults..
