transparent notification page/area

I remember on a previous rom, having a transparent notification page so that you can still see whats going on when u pull your notification area down. I cant remember whether this was included in a rom or if i flashed it myself. does anyone else know where you can get this mod or how it can be implemented into the new MCR r7.

Completely or partly transparent?

this dude over at XDA has a mod where the top and the apps in the notification area are normal but the rest of the page is completely transparent, not see through simply gone.

I am trying to find something a little more neat though.

I knew i´d seen it somewhere before, this mod has partly transparent notification area. How he does it, I don´t know, not yet at least.
