recovery on unrooted phone Broken completely, and cant flash RUU

Hello all

Firstly, i've some how managed to brick the recovery section of Hboot on the latest updated UK Vodafone desire (The phone still boots up correctly as normal). If i try to access it, it just goes straight to fastboot and wont load the recovery. I've tried flashing the phone using the R6 Desire root paul posted but with no joy. I get a Failed error (remote: 43 main version check fail) then it tried again and fails.

I've also tried loading RUU using the exe's but both times i get wrong bootloader version, while running hboot 0.80. And i'm pretty sure the RUU was for 0.80.

Please can you help get my desire rooted, or at least back to the stock RUU, and not the vodafone crap. I've been trying for a day now, and i've already broke the recovery somehow :)

Hey folks, just to let you all know i've somehow managed to get unrevoked to put on the clockwork recovery, even though it was revoked which broke mine in the first place!

What do you mean ? You tried unrevoked?
