hey all so today after coming in and reading about tmob uk my pulse decides to corrupt everything on the sd card without me doing anything at all to it, no biggie ive got most of it backed up on the laptop anyway, just a case of copying it back over, now it wont let my desktop or laptop format the sd card and it wont boot up either, gets stuck in android loop....

any1 had this problem or a solution?

to clear things up i HAVE NOT applied anything other than what was already on it normally, i.e flb mod v1 and hungarian t mob.

boot into recovery if you can (hold menu+end call button, then press power button).

Then you can try going from there, but i guess your SD card wont let you flash/restore backups.

Just an idea: are you sure that your phone is having a period, not your sd card? Does it work in a separate card reader?

Well, not to go into technicalities, but I thought the SD Card would be classed as the "male" component (as it goes into, see USB cables or biology - the male part goes into the female part) and the Pulse (or card reader) as "female".

Meaning only the Pulse can be having the period, unless the SD card is some alien creature.

hahah i enjoy this forum too much:D biology of phones is very interesting:D

anyway i managed to fix it, i dunno what was causing it, i took several attempts and finally reformatted the sd card, then the boot up took forever but was working, after that ive upgraded to tmob 2.1(UK) and everything seems to be working a charm.

now to put all my s*** back across onto my sd card.... hopefully its had its period, no more nonsense this month
