Hello to all

I got 2 days ago a new samsung galaxy s from vodafone romania

all lock nice and clean, but... some time is freezing /blocking and the single thing to do is the power button or to remove the battery.

this is happening in google maps, or when I try to change the live wallpaper (the phone is with no app installed, only that preinstalled), also it happening when start downloading an apps from market (any apps), the download begin but the phone freeze, after restart the download continue and is ok installed. Also when I try to run J Bench Mark 1.0 on Internal NAND (it's go up to 96% and freeze). When I try to move from pc to micro sd or internal sd a file starts and afther 30 seconds the file is stopping from copy.

PDA: I9000XWJFB

PHONE: I9000XXJF5

CSC: I9000OXXJF5

I try the reset to factory default, but same thing, I also try with out extrenal micro sd (4GB adata class 6)

Any ideea, what I must do?

Since you already guessed that's not normal behavior, how about sending it back?

Thanks for support

The phone was taken to vodafone technical support.... and was approved for DOA. Because of laws in Romania and the phone was purchased from online site, the Vodafone must return with money or with a new phone as the client request. So I wait for the new one :)
