Problem whit install the r2 rom

Hi@all,

Maybe somebody can help, i try the flash the r2 rom, i put the phone in the download menu, the driver are allready installed, download the rom, extract the files, start odin, select the files pit, pda, modem/phone and csc, activate the option repartition and choose start, now the odin stay until 15min on file analysis and nothing happens.. how log should go the update? anybody an idea what i can or have to do?
