Guest Michael Vegfruit Posted August 6, 2010 Report Posted August 6, 2010 (edited) I've noticed lots of Ubuntu users running into this problem, and it's been asked and answered lots of times, but as it's not always clear what to do, figured it might help to dedicate a topic to it. As the sub topic says, just run the install-recovery-linux.sh script in sudo: sudo bash install-recovery-linux.sh seems to work for me. Not much of a tip, I know, but hopefully helpful for someone... Guest Gruso Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 Sorry for the bump, but I just had to say a big thanks for this. The FAQ link at Step 5 in this post is dead, so this thread was a lifesaver. :)
