Guest trunks986 Posted August 17, 2010 Report Share Posted August 17, 2010 Hi xian, i have a great problem with this rom... i use a dual sim in my phone and with every rom it functions but with your liquidf v1 my dual sim doesn't work....do you know why?? With LiquidE v1 it runs very well!! With this rom if i try to use it i lose my network signal and i have to reflash the rom. Please help me. And thanks again for your great work!!! Another thing: with italian language the date is messed up in all applications. Is "2010 8 17" instead of "17 Agosto 2010". Is there a way to modify it? Guest nameless' Posted August 17, 2010 Report Share Posted August 17, 2010 (edited) Didn't tried GPS localisation, but at least FancyWidget is fetching data correctly by entering my city edit : tried map, it show my location, but I think it's by wifi triangulation, as in offline map it's unable to find my location :D Setting "My Location" to FancyWidget still show me the good city, but I'm not sure it has refreshed.... When I connect USB and enable tethering in settings menu nothing happens. Do I need some special drivers installed on my PC for this to work? Guest Delnar_Ersike Posted August 17, 2010 Report Share Posted August 17, 2010 The ROM seems sluggish to me a lot of times, and Flash Player frequently gets autokilled because of low RAM. Switching back to Xian LiquidE until performance issues and gallery is fixed (maybe I'll try out FRF91?). The reason for saying this is RC3+ is because this is a build from their head froyo branch meaning it is the latest and greatest stuff. They add features and tweak stuff all the time (sometimes break stuff :D). The build we use is more like the cyanogen-nightly rom you see for some phones. and no, this is not a port of nexus one version, this is built from source =p http://twitter.com/cmsrc if you want to see how fast the cyanogen tree is changing (keep in mind we dont actually use all the stuff for liquid since some of the updates are specific to other devices) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
