I already answered that question -> "Just to precise, MIUI will have CIFS, NFS, and all of the other goodies from my CyanogenMod/Vendor tree"

I took it from my CyanogenMod work, OF COURSE it's in CyanogenMod '

thanks!! I misunderstood, I thought it was ONLY for MIUI.. thank you!!! it is one of my favorites features..

Hey guys, once again: what should I do to flash Cyanogen by Xian on the Liquid, if I have the stock 2.1 rom? Should I flash the latest Froyo leak, and then flash Xian's ROM over it? Or can I flash it as is? Thanks.

Fergard: please flash the latest froyo .bin, but I would advise you to wait to flash until v1.2b is released.

Thanks for the answer, Xian! Yep, I am waiting! 8)

So, the steps are: flash the latest Froyo bin, then flash the 1.2b CyanogenMod, yes?

Xian, I've noticed a thing on ROMs using phh kernel: his TouchScreen axis inversion fix gives a really bad sensitivity on bottom part of the screen.

I sincerely don't remember if your ROM suffers of this problem, but with that fix is VERY difficult to pull up notification bar when it's pulled down, or when writing when you press space, the keyboard disappear very often.

Koud has removed this fix from his MIUI and problem disappeared, and TS fix doesn't fix axis inversion very much.

So please check if your ROMs have this problem (if you have already solved this problem, well, thank you )

Another suggestion for you is to remove all third-party app from your ROMs. I don't use many of them and I prefer to have the ROM as "naked" as possible. Maybe you can move them from /system/app/ to data/app or offer them as an optional package to flash for who wants these apps

Roggin's rom is very good in this range, it has nearly 200mb of free ROM.

Thank you and ciao

I don't include 3rd party apps in /system, I hate it...

They can be easily removed, I just prefer having the latest Google Apps package, so that you don't have to install yourself... double check /system/app, no third party apps in there...'

I'll remove the TS patch in v1.2b, I've also fixed the scripts for haptic feedback.

Sorry, i had probably made confusion with other roms (flashed so many that i forgot their features...becoming old :D) . Sorry again, but glad to see you have my same opinion.

Thanks for removing TS patch.

You are making a great work, Christian!

Have a nice weekend.

Could you at least provide a version with the TS patch included for those who don't have or don't care about the sensitivity issues at the bottom of the screen?

It's going to be Legend... wait for it  ...dary!

I miss Cyanogen's minimalism and speed... since I "got separated" from my HTC Magic that I've been waiting for this

Thank you so much for making this happen Xian.

We need to improve TS fix. I have some ideas, how to FULLY fix multitouch, but it's hard to write them on C. I need some free time to write that, maybe on Christmas I'll give you a present
