Missing languages?

So you've installed a lovely custom ROM to your phone but there's a problem... your native language isn't available for selection.

Problem no more!

Download and install MoreLocale 2 from the Android Market (or AppBrain )

This works brilliantly for us Pulse owners (take THAT, Droid owners lol) and allows you to select any locale supported by Android. Even if it's not showing in the Android Settings!

A handy tip for you all :)

Thank you for this informative post, I was wondering why there wasn't my locale to chose from on the UK 2.1 update.

Is it safe to uninstall the app after switching the locale?

Is it safe to uninstall the app after switching the locale?

It may be safe to remove the app but honestly it doesn't use any system resources and it's quite small, so it's worth keeping. If something happens and you have to change locale again it's easier if the app is available.
