Cannot Add Widgets?

Hi,

Had a T-mobile pulse for 8 months now and thanks to this Forum think its totally brilliant, first Android phone i had.

Was running the hungarian 2.1, but decided to try the official one so i used the great guide on here to go back to 1.5 which i did then i installed the official T-mobile Android 2.1 all hunkydory (so i thought)

Having downloaded Beautiful widget, i went to add it to my home screen but all i get is "the application Canvas (process android.process/laucher) has stopped unexpectedly.please try again" Force close.

It only happens with Android widgets and Emotion Widgets everything else is fine shortcuts, folders etc

Any pointers would be helpful, or should i go back to 1.5 and try again??

Try installing an alternate launcher such as Launcher Pro (200% better than canvas in every way anyway)

Set it as your default.

If not then it maybe a problem with the rom. You could try installing FLB mod or re-flashing the update :)

Just installed Launcher Pro and it works a treat, ill be playing with that for the next couple of hours
