internet cache on froyo(official one)

the browser in froyo always opens the last page visited whether the internet cache is cleared and all.never opens fresh on the homepage. is there a fix for this?

I am experiencing the same, would be nice if there is a fix :-)

I don't think it is a bug as so much of a feature. When an app is "killed" in Android, it is supposed to save its state so that when it starts again, it is in the same position as it was when it was terminated. Previously, the browser didn't do this, but now it does.
