A2SD+

Hey, recently installed 2.09.405.8-update-bravo-stock-rooted-busybox-deodex-withradio-signed.zip and everythings going fine, minus the internal storage which is down to about 15mb. Is their a way to install a2sd+ or do I have to install a rom with the a2sd+ support already in it? I'd imagine there exists someway to add it in later rather than flashing another rom.
