UniversalAndroot on Froyo with HBOOT 0.92

Hi all,

On XDA, they found a way to root android phone without touching HBOOT (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=747598)

HTC Desire is not "supported", maybe because it is not tested.

Do you think that it will work on FROYO with 0.92 Bootloader ?

it's not something that someone have to "try", if nobody tells you to do, and EXPLICITELY says it's NOT supported on your device! You risk to brick it... but, money is yours, waste it as you like...

you right, but i tried because it seems to work for nexus one 2.2, the desire 2.2 its very similar, except for the sense, but they say that work for other devices with sense, so i tried.

btw i dont belive that its possible brick by software, a wipe and a recovery can fix everithing (most times!)
