Creating a market link?

As you may know, some apps aren't available on the pulse market, so i was wondering if the app was obtained elsewhere would it be possible to link it to the market and get updates?

Just use AppBrain.

Yeah BoBo is right. If the application isn't a paid-for app then you can download it using AppBrain. Open the Android market on your device and install AppBrain and the Fast Web Installer add-on. Open AppBrain and sign in using your google account, and do the same on the appbrain website. Once it has syncronised with your phone you can search and install applications from the website and your phone will automatically download and install the apps.
