Guest bjalle Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 Hi, I've recently been developing an application that makes use of the android api:s wifi capabilities. Now it seems like it has broken something inside androids own wifi management tool. The process com.android.settings crashes everytime I try to manage a connection via settings->wireless & networks-> wifi settings. The problem seems to arise when the wifi settings tries to load one specific AP configuration, I cant get it deleted (dont know how) and I dont have enough time to press the "forget" button. Things I have tried: -Downloaded third party wifi manager, it works perfectly. -Uninstalled the application I had been developing -All kinds of reboots, removal of battery etc.. And yes I tried searching. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Guest bjalle Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 Is there some way to manually clear all the saved wifi AP settings?
Guest Borkata Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 Acer liquid uses different location and naming for WPA supplicant and it is: /data/misc/wifi/wpa.conf I hope this is what you are looking for :)

But if I manage to brake it again I will try this file.
