Guest wicker_man Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 Hi all, I'm on Tre 2.1 and I want to remove Facebook, RoadSync, YouTube and DocumentsToGo as don't need any of them to free up some space for the apps I do actually need. Do I need to root the phone first for that (if so, pretty please linky to a thread with this)? Where are those apps actually located on the phone memory? Also, what 'forced' apps does T-mobile UK 2.1 comes with?

They wont show up in the app drawer, but they may show up in manage applications, but they are removeable then. T-mobile UK 2.1 update comes with the usual junk (Docs to go, Road sync, etc) same as on 1.5 I think

Guest Daz555 Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 Check the couple of UK 2.1 threads currently running in the Pulse forum.
