in malez recovery, just flash LCR 1.8 or LS.

you're data will be wiped so be sure to make backups on everything.

If you have flashed bin .39 once, that's the bin you will have even if you flash LS or LCR over it..

the cooked ROMs will be a layer on the .39...

Well if you flash .39 or .63 (would recommend .63 due to higher baseband version), you would have to install recovery again then flash the rom.
