Guest Seb M Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 I'm a massive fan of handyCalc - made by the same dev, and does everything handyConverter does but with 5 bajillion extra features
Guest Moody Loner Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 Another great app for this type of thing is Unit Converter - Android Market Link Very nice UI with in-built calc and 15 categories to convert from. Recommended.
Guest argh Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 Another great app for this type of thing is Unit Converter - Android Market Link Very nice UI with in-built calc and 15 categories to convert from. Recommended. That's not free, though. I don't really see the point of paying for a converter application unless it has a unique selling point. Personally, I use ConvertPad which works well, although I haven't compared many other similar products to judge.
Guest Poodha Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 (edited) I use Unit Converter Lite. Maybe not that fancy, but it requires no permissions, takes very little space and does everything I require from a converter app. I love it when apps do what they should, take no space, and requires no permission. No bloat ftw! But this one looks interesting and might give it a try. Edited February 24, 2011 by Poodha
Guest Paveway98 Posted February 25, 2011 Report Posted February 25, 2011 I'm a massive fan of handyCalc - made by the same dev, and does everything handyConverter does but with 5 bajillion extra features  Also a huge fan of this - for me this should have been the featured app.
Guest Norupz Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) This looks nice, maybe I'm gonna give it a try! Until now I have been using ConvertDroid and have been most satisfied :D Edited March 28, 2011 by Norupz
Guest Voxpop2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 This is a fantastic app, which I have long had on my iPhone. When I bought the Monte Carlo I was pleased to find the Android version.
Guest dysonk Posted July 15, 2013 Report Posted July 15, 2013 some free apps can help to convert, but it is slowly and not very good. i used to convert large amount of video files to mp4 by an apps, and it is fast and with high quality.
