Try the Link below, see if they will remove soon or not, I'll upload a mirror somewhere else...

I guess this ROM would be the same with Taiwan's .63 , and without the Taiwan mobile operator's bundled stuffs.

As I read from Taiwan's forum, this .63 rom improves..

1. Speed up the lag in Photo Gallery

2. Shorten the wake up time from sleep

3. Better battery life

That sounds great -- without FET stuffs. :D

I can't flash the new bin over previous .63 bin, how can I do it? It says I have to install the same type of image as "FETT" not "CAR"

Please could someone provide me a nandroid backup of this bin so i could make the recovery compatible with it ? I think malez recovery 0.5.4 could not be compatibible as it is not with Liquid E ferrari Baseband : A1-04.03.06 Build : Acer_LiquidE_1.100.67_AAP_G2F

If recovery is compatible, please tell me

have you managed to install malezRecovery ? Wich version ?

I doubt it will be compatible due to the baseband increase ( if not i need an original dump to make it compatible)

If yes, do a nandroid backup, install lcr, test. If is does not work, restore your backup (and ttell us)

yes you can

so i just follow the instructions on wiki page starting with this step?:

You already have latest bin file for android 2.1 installed (if unsure follow first step) or you have just followed the previous chapter

You already have installed the liquid e bin file or installed official acer 2.1 update

If that's not the case, follow first step

1) Unpack the Superboot.zip.

2) Check here http://code.google.com/p/acer-liquid-malez-recovery/ if a new revovery version is available. Put the new recovery in the unpacked directory and rename it recovery.img..................etc.

anyone tried this?

how about if i just want to root it?

if this official bin is the same as 1.100.63.AAP.FET but the ISP bundled apps, there is some problem on which bin with LCR 1.8.0.1 and LS 2.1.

both of these two custom roms will have a browser FCing problem on browsing some bigger sites.

and with LCR 1.8.0.1, the Liquid tether doesn't work.

i haven't tried the LS 2.1 with the official bin 1.100.39.EMEA yet, but these two problems never happened on LCR 1.8.0.1 with the official bin 1.100.39.EMEA.

am i the only one who bumped into these two problems? :D
