Market keeps crashing after updating to 2.2 - r8.

Hey,

i just finished loading a new rom i made on the kitchen... 2.2

but the android market keeps crashing when i try to run it.

am i missing something?

the official thread is sooo log, i'm unable to read it all

and find this specific issue.

Your not alone, mine is doing it too.

flashes up quickly, then closes again.

please can someone help us?

wipe then re-flash

it happened to me too since i didn't wipe for the first time

the wipe helped me too.

also fixed my handcent sms issues...

It might be enough to just end market and clear all data and cache under manage applications in the settings menu. Helped with my fc's anyway

also fixed my handcent sms issues...

What issues you mean? Since I updated my desire to 2.2 froyo, handcent doesn't show photos of contacts.

Have you set up 'Facebook for HTC sense' via Accounts & Sync in settings? No contact photos will be displayed until you've set it up and allowed it to sync.

No I didn't coz I even do not using facebook and I have no account there. Its just wierd, because it was working just fine on eclair 2.1. Well, i can live without it, if few stupid pictures requires account on facebook :D
