Note taking app with (multiple) image support

I'm after a note taking app where I can insert images into the note. There seems to be various apps out there which claim to support images, but they typically only allow one image per note, or it must be either a image or a note, not both.

Would would be preferable is an app that can also integrate with the camera, so I can just take a picture and insert it into the note.

Anyone?

i use 3banana, i think you can use multiple images if you hit the folder button after each pic.
