Factory Reset Causes Stuck at Dell Logo

tried it a few times now and every time i factory reset i get stuck at dell logo

when i get time ill do a nandroid of 2.1 stock with no installs and post it to use instead of factory reset

i suggest you DO NOT do a factory reset or youll get stuck at dell logo

What is the way to resolve this please? Im at work at sea and this is exaclty what iv got from doing a factory reset and rely on it to phone home!
