My X10 Mini and the Internet

Heya guys, this is my first time with a phone that can access the internet. I have unlimited (500mb) internet access with this phone and i've only had it a few days. I've tried downloading a couple of apps from the Android market place, but nothing downloads. The internet doesn't work (Browser, Facebook etc) unless i'm connected via wifi.

How do I get the internet to work on my phone properly?

I have 2 Access Point Names

Orange Internet (which is ticked) and

Orange MMS

A lot of the fields aren't filled in with any information (pretty much the first couple and last couple have something input in them, the rest are blank) Do I need to put something in these fields?
