Guest Brunkarn Posted August 16, 2010 Report Posted August 16, 2010 I can't even get the s*** to start, it crashes directly at startup, what should i do? I have tried dl all over, but it still doesn't start. I need to flash the .63 bin.
Guest xian1243 Posted August 16, 2010 Report Posted August 16, 2010 Right click and run as administrator if you're on Vista/7, and make sure you have installed the Acer Liquid USB drivers.

Also run the tool in Windows xp compatibility mode I re downloaded and reinstalled the drivers, then i tried running in compatibility mode, couldn't get in to compatibility mode cuz it didn't think it was a program or something.. Ran as administrator, still the same, immediate crash.

Do you have on your computer something like 'CreativeLabs Explorer' or some type on media player software that acts like MS Explorer or uses the same resources? I had trouble too, 1st was to run as admin when installing, running & downloading SDK (with anti virus / firewall OFF) 2nd CreativeLabs Media Explore was running in backround, which had to be uninstalled. Then everything worked fine Edited August 17, 2010 by gwilo

Guest Brunkarn Posted August 17, 2010 Report Posted August 17, 2010 Does any one know a way to flash a bin with linux? If there is a way, will ubuntu on a live cd do?
