confused during upgrade help needed

hi all been running flb 1.2 and was trying to upgrade,this is what happend ..rebooted phone and tried to get to the system recovery screen to do flash zip from sd card to upgrade to flb 1.4.1 but the phone started upgrade straight away saying loading 1 0f 2 and it finished the upgrade my phone had a pic of the a black bblue beach i think instead of the green one i had.i then rebooted ,to try and get the recovery screen but all i get now is is a screen yhat says android system recovery with 3 options reboot system now,wipe data factory reset and wipe cache partition,there is no other options any advice please ps the screen has a black background now as well

You just flashed a /dload update, not the custom ROM. Flash the Amon-Ra recovery image again and access is by pressing power + menu + red (end) key.
