Flash 10.1 Nexus One

Flash 10.1 has been released for Nexus One's running 2.2! Surely, since the beta worked on 2.1, once someone gets hold of the apk it is going to run fine on 2.1 Streak until we get a final release of 2.2.

Flash 10.1 has been released for Nexus One's running 2.2! Surely, since the beta worked on 2.1, once someone gets hold of the apk it is going to run fine on 2.1 Streak until we get a final release of 2.2.

The beta has never worked on 2.1. Only devices that had it "working" on 2.1 had other forms of flash already like flash lite. So, it will not run on 2.1 (despite my assurance that it wont run, here's to hoping it will :D)

Thanks - I'm running Paul's r8 baked Rom (I could've sworn I saw it when I first installed it, maybe it was a dream!)

Anyway - downloaded Flash from link (using my phone) and got a 'could not parse file) error. (Am I missing something? It was an apk file. Should I have put it on my goldcard first? Yes. I'm a noob. Any help appreciated.

I've found a tutorial on how to install apk files - perhaps that was the problem. Downloading now from my PC - will update asap.

so is it work on beta 2.1 or not ?? is there other way to get flash player working on 2.1 ?

No it doesnt work, the guy who said he got it working, was talk about the Desire, one of the handsets running Flash Lite 4.

When they install 2.1 and install Flash 10.1 they get none accelerated version of Flash, it isn't usable imo and 2.1 (for streak) is still very buggy imo also.

lol i switch to DELL STREAk FROM NOKIA N900 and Nokia N900 at least got flash player version 9 not accelerated version but at least its a flash player...i might of just switch back to N900 until 2.2 release

Well if u want flash video there is always Skyfire :huh: will stream and even buffer when it has to with Flash Video.
