Mini to micro USB cable adapter

I bought one of these off ebay recently but it doesn't charge my Pulse. Presumably it doesn't connect all pins:

Has anyone found one with works with the Pulse? I'm after the cable type rather than the adapters. Thanks.

Actually i really don't know...I bought another one before this and it didn't work...but this one is perfect...

OK. I was just about to order the one you bought but then I realised mine also said it was EMU compatible for Motorolas and then I realised maybe the problem is the standard USB cable I'm using. I tried 3 or 4 but none work. Does yours work with standard USB cables?

In the end I decided to buy the one which giorgitus bought. It arrived today and works perfectly with all my USB leads. Thanks! :P

What can i do to charge my phone faster?

I have a standard USB A port at my desktop at work, but when i charge my phone by this port with the original load/sync cable i will only be charged with 400mA.

Do i have to short the data pins or connect them with resistprs to ground?
