Thanks for that.

I really like the horizontal menu as opposed to the standard vertical one.

Really liked the implementation in ADW Launcher, and was looking into the original TouchWiz interface.

Thanks for that, much appreicated! :D

How do you configure it? I really need to replace the default messaging app on the dock bar as I don't use it. Having said that, the launcher is not as fast as ADW but I really like the horizontal drawer implementation.

Just download the apk file and copy it to the phone.

Open '.apk' file on the phone and then install

When you are in the app drawer press menu and click 'Edit'. You can arrange all icons and the dock bar according to your liking

how to change the icons in the launcher?

Cheers for the tip. It is all still a bit awkward though as dragging an icon to the dock bar leaves a gap in the icons and there seems to be no auto-arrange that I can see.

I am going to give this launcher a proper go for a couple of days.

Nope no rooting involved.

Just open the .APK on the Pulse and it will install.

Bit too early to say at the moment, but thoughs so far.

+ As quick as ADW now that I have rebooted since the install.

+ Does not seem to be any more memory hungry that ADW judging by my random checking of free RAM with Advanced Taskiller.

+ No force closes or waits yet.

+ Has the best looking drawer I have seen on a launcher - very very smooth as well.

+ Adding/removing homescreens is a breeze.

- Have had it reload on me once so far - after I returned home following running Opera Mini and Shootme in order to upload some screenshots.

- Lack of auto-arrange on the drawer icons.

- Needs some customisation to be really useful - like being able to select which home screen you return to after long press or the ability to turn off the homescreen indicators etc.

- Dock bar would be better with 5 shortcuts rather than 4.

Going to use it for a couple of days but in summary - looks great, lacks customisation.

I found it as fast as ADW once I had rebooted my phone.

However I have updated another thread about this - I stopped using it today as I had a couple too many reloads of the launcher and it takes much longer to reload than ADW. I said I would use it for a couple of days to see how it panned out but I only managed one in the end.

Shame because I love the look of the drawer.

Yes, it lacks AUTO-arrange, but (!) you can set OWN arrangement of apps!

Open drawer, press menu button and then Edit on screen. Every icon gets small delete icon on top-right corner.

Now, press any icon and HOLD. Pulse will shake an then you can DRAG that icon to any place you like... even on new and/or empty drawer page if you like. If you leave drawer page empty, launcher will remove it... But this gives possibility to arrange own drawer pages...

One note - every new app will use first empty space it can, so if you have own arrangement, you need to take care of that new app icon and rearrange it.

This is first launcher on Pulse that I have tried with this feature.

And, yes, anyone find Samsung Widgets? Anyone knows what they are?
