What is Gesture in the Media player?

When you are in the media player, and select music. If you press the left touch button (Not sure what it's called) it has the options: Add to Playlist, Delete, or Gesture on/Off. What is this 'Gesture'? Thanks.

I think you mean the menu button wich opens options. Gesture means you draw something and the phone will interact.
