Launcherpro and icon packs on 2.1

HI, i am using launcherpro and want to change the dock icons for the ones in the icon pack " glared icons" but cannot figure out how to do it ;) i can create new shortcuts with the glared icons but not change the dock ones for them !! Is this possible, and if so how do i do it? Thanks in advance for any help :huh:
