Persian / Arabic support on huawei u8230

Hi,

Is there any custom ROM or solution to add Persian / Arabic support to u8230 ?

I heard Here that everything I need about u8230 (include ROMs , Updates, ...) works on Pulse (Huawei 8220) as well. SO if Arabic support is available on it, I may use it too.
