I'm not abusing that fact, I just like to post off-topic-y things. Although I couldn't particularly care. But if all off-topic posts were moderated (as in a Mod checks all the posts) I'd have about 200 posts! :)

Anyone able to help me with getting Ubuntu on the Pulse? I'm using this guide but changed the "startubuntu" script so that it would go to */sd-ext* instead of */system/sd*. But I get

Ubuntu 10.10? I'm on 10.04 LTS. And I think the Ubuntu for the phone is 9.40 Minimal or something. It still doesn't work though.

How did you install it? Live CD or wubi or some other odd way.

Erm... Live CD I think... Wait. I didn't bother booting the Ubuntu through the CD, just pressed install.

And this time I can delete Ubuntu's partition without GRUB taking a rage and screwing up the whole laptop. Damn that irritated me. :lol:

I got linux on Android 1.5. It was fun for a bit, then I noticed it was pointless :)

Although, I never used ME. Only OS X Leopard, 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista ( :lol: ) and 7 on a computer. But Mac System 1-7 and then Mac OS 7-9. Also DOS, Windows 3.1 and other reaaal old stuff.

Hell, imagine Windows 3.1 on a quad core PC with 4 GB of RAM. EPIC WIN SAUCE.

And I think also something to do with a squirrel. I really can't remember the OS (from about ages ago. It was vey old when I got it in about 2001).
