Guest AndyKl Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Unfortunately I've had no luck getting my iPad SIM card to work. I bought a USA Streak with no contract. It came with an ATT sim card, but I didn't do anything with it. Instead, I immediately put in my iPad sim (with the microSIM adapter of course), and ATT shows up on the top menu, but it never connects. I'm running 1.6 unrooted on build 6601. The status states I'm on the AT&T network and the service state is 'in service', but the mobile network state is 'disconnected'. I can switch the sim card back to the iPad/iPhone and it works fine. Any ideas on what I can do to make it work? Thanks

Guest AndyKl Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Thanks, it worked! For anyone else's reference, I set the 'name', 'apn', and 'server' fields to 'broadband'. Not sure if they were all necessary, but those settings worked for me.
