Guest burstatron Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Hi I was just browsing around on the SD card and in my Skyfire folder were a bunch of files. Most were 'windowlist' type files, which I was unable to open to read with various file extentions, others had file names such as sscre01/02 etc. I renamed these unknown files to *.png and opened them and they were screen caps of different pages I have browsed. My first concern is Skyfire able to screencap and send these captures anywhere? Or is there a more innocent explaination such as a printscreen button I've unwittingly pressed a bunch of times. From what I could see, nothing dodgy was captured but does make me concerned. Can other skyfire users have a look and report? Cheers

Guest burstatron Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Ok answered my own question Just done some experimenting and it does create: screen0/sshot0 files (which can be viewed as .png) when you press the camera button. Wasn't aware of a screengrab function as I was randomly touching the camera button, seems to be a half press as a full press launches the camera ofc. Cheers
