Just wondering if anyone else is getting this problem. It happens when I am when browsing the Marketplace, or just browsing the internet. I don't know how it happened but I think it was while i was downloading an app, but which app I don't know. I am running 2.1 on my streak which i just got. Anyone got a solution or facing the same problem?

Sorry no picture. But im not expecting anyone to click it. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing it pop up. Its literally a pop up while just using the phone. its a annoying. any ideas how to get rid of it? or should i just wipe the phone and re install 2.1?
