Automatic Network Plz help

I have a problem with WM 6.5 Roms. If I want to open a program that uses the internet, for example Motweets, Its says that there's no internet connection. But when I open Internet Explorer and then Motweets it works.

Now my question is: How can I get a internet connection automatically, in stead off opening IE all the time to use programs like Motweets? Can somebody help me, please?
