Has anyone got this to work? I have the full version, read the manual (which unhelpfully says something like 'just enter your settings...')

I set it to monitor GPRS, but I have no idea what i should put in all the other boxes. Can anyone help an absolute beginner?

Hi,

Are you talking about 'Traffic Counter SPE'? I've got mine set as follows:

Under Settings

General > Enabled

Connection > Orange GPRS

Subscription > Monthly Fee = £6.00 Inclusive Data = 10,000 (KB)

You can then check everything under Graphs and Traffic depending on what you want to see.

Think that's all you need and mine seems to be monitoring traffic fine....I hope!

Good luck!! :)

Although it should have some kind of basic sent received counter as standard like the call timers etc.

But hey cant have it all.

I have the GPRS traffic Counter Demo installed and I can get it to monitor traffic OK, but can get it to keep subscription info saved.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I think the original version had issues with this. Have you installed the latest demo from the website? If so, then maybe the demo still has problems.

There's a support e-mail on the website and apparently they're quite good about getting back to you. They also monitor this site occasionally, so you may get an answer here.

No. I dowloaded it from orange. I will download the demo direct from all-locations tonight and let you know how I get on.

"error activating

ipsmprogram filestraffic counter smartphone edition tctrayapp.exe

All i can do is click ok.

I have the full version, does the prog need to be re registered if you remove the battery?

( i sent emails to all-locations, but have not recieved a reply)

I think I installed it to the sd card instead of the phone.
