Guest Ellia Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 There is a shortcut to upgrade the phone while turning in on. Look at the Pulse guide in the pinned topics.

Guest DanWilson Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 please help?? Hold the buttons while putting the battery in? It's awkward but it works. And I think that even just holding the red button whilst inserting the battery can interrupt the boot, letting you press the required buttons, then the power button. It works for me. Or should I say worked... I need my phone back...

That topic is pinned. One of the first ones... Easier to find than open a new thread, I guess... Please read that one. If having any more questions (without any answers from THAT topic) feel free to come back and ask. But you'll find all the answers there.
