There is a shortcut to upgrade the phone while turning in on. Look at the Pulse guide in the pinned topics.

The problem is, My screen stays on the Android boot screen.

If i take the battery out it turns off, But soon as i put the battery back in, it turns back on, so i cant do no shortcuts

Hold the buttons while putting the battery in? It's awkward but it works. And I think that even just holding the red button whilst inserting the battery can interrupt the boot, letting you press the required buttons, then the power button. It works for me. Or should I say worked... I need my phone back...

PLEASE read the relevant topic: this one, the Ultimate Pulse Owner's Guide. It is all there, man.

(Why do people only write, and never read before?!)

That topic is pinned. One of the first ones... Easier to find than open a new thread, I guess... Please read that one. If having any more questions (without any answers from THAT topic) feel free to come back and ask. But you'll find all the answers there.

Thanks for all the help from everyone in this thread.

Cheers.
