Omnia frozen while flashing

Hi. THis is an emergency post :huh:

I'm starting the flashing to a custom rom for the 1st time BUT I'm stuck at step 1. Yet I followed all the instructions (Installed XP driver, MAke a folder c/rom_update, etc..)

PDA must reboot to download Eboot twice, but nothing is happening. Already 30 mn. What's going on? What can I do?

Thanks. No need for help. Job done. Flashed with succces. Just need to switch on the phone again because it was off by itself. May it profits to others.
