Voice Command?

I've been looking online how to reset the "Mobile Tracker" password because every password I use is wrong and I honestly can't remember setting one??

I stumbled across this, where it tells you how to use "Voice Command".

I have an Orange branded Galaxy S and cannot find such a feature, anyone else got it?

I'm going to guess that Voice Command is just google's Voice Actions where you can use your phone completely hands free and just talk to it.

Voice Actions is for Android 2.2 and above.

I think it might refer to Vlingo which is available in the Samsung Apps.

Or maybe they'll be a Voice Command app for Google Voice Actions in the coming 2.2 firmware and this guide is a little premature.
