Keyboard sounds and haptic wont turn off

Hi guys, new Pulse owner here so forgive me if i'm making a noob mistake here but i cant get the keyboard haptic feedback and sounds to turn off. I've unchecked them in 'Sound & Display Settings' (as well as under 'Android Keyboard settings' but i dont think thats relevant as the sounds and vibrations are happening in every keybaord i've used; handcent messaging, facebook app, searching the market, default browser etc).

Its upgraded with the T-Mobile 2.1, but no custom roms or anything like that.

ETA. Never mind, it was the options above but under 'Touch Pal' that solved it. Mods feel free to lock/delete this thread.
