best way to upgrad sd card?

What is the best way to upgrade an SD card with T-Mobile Pulse?

I'm currently running FLB v1.2 with a 2GB class 2 card, I'm wanting update to FLB v1.5 and upgrade to a 4GB class 4 card.

Is it possible to clone one card to the other, I have the clockworkmod recovery, it doesn't seem to have an option to format an external partition for A2SD.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

I have sorted the 4gb card, I used Rommanager and chose partition SD card, I then did a nandroid restore of everything and hey presto...everything from 2GB card now running from 4GB card...is it worth doing the 1.5 upgrade for the OS?

i used R-Drive to clone the card, it worked fine
